Inclusion Administration Officer & Reprographics Technician
We are looking to appoint a highly organised and efficient Inclusion and Administrative Officer and Reprographics Technician to join our dedicated support staff team. This is a busy, varied and important role at the heart of our 360 Inclusion Department, alongside responsibility for our whole-school reprographics service.
This is much more than a desk-based administrative role. The postholder will have regular contact with students and families and will be a central point of communication for the Inclusion Department. You will support key systems relating to attendance, punctuality, behaviour, safeguarding, SEND, interventions and alternative provision, including the morning late gate, welfare and family contact, intervention records and communication with external agencies. Enjoying working with young people, building positive professional relationships and understanding the importance of consistency, confidentiality and safeguarding are therefore essential.
Alongside this, you will take operational responsibility for the school's reprographics service, ensuring that staff across the school receive high-quality resources and materials efficiently and on time. You will need to be comfortable moving between different priorities during the day and understand how excellent organisation behind the scenes contributes directly to students experience in school.

Intervention Practitioner
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, compassionate and highly motivated Intervention Practitioner to join our Inclusion Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
This is a highly student-facing role and would suit someone with experience of working with young people,
particularly those with SEND, social, emotional and mental health needs, communication needs or other barriers to learning. Depending on the needs of students, interventions may focus on areas such as emotional regulation, social communication, behaviour for learning, confidence, independence or life skills. You will work closely with teachers, families and other professionals, and support students to transfer the strategies developed through intervention back into lessons and wider school life.
We are looking for someone who believes in young people and combines warmth, patience and compassion with high expectations. You will be able to build positive and trusting relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries, remain calm and resilient when students are finding things difficult, and work collaboratively as part of a wider Inclusion Team. You will also be reflective and keen to develop specialist expertise so that the support we provide makes a demonstrable difference.

Student Engagement Mentor
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, resilient and skilled Student Engagement Mentor to join our 360 Inclusion Team. This is a new and important role for an experienced professional who can make a real difference to some of the students who find successful engagement with school most challenging. You will work directly with young people at risk of repeated suspension, disengagement from education and, in some cases, permanent exclusion, helping them overcome barriers and build a more successful pathway through school and beyond.
Working closely with Curriculum Leads, Inclusion colleagues, families and external agencies, you will
coordinate personalised support, monitor attendance, behaviour, engagement and wellbeing, and lead
carefully planned reintegration into mainstream lessons where appropriate.
We are particularly interested in candidates who understand trauma-informed and relationship-based
approaches, and who recognise that understanding the reasons behind behaviour does not mean lowering
expectations. This is a highly student-facing role working with some of the most challenging and vulnerable
students in our school. The right person will be firm but fair: someone who builds genuine respect and
positive relationships with students; who can de-escalate difficult situations without avoiding difficult
conversations; and who remains steady, professional and resilient when faced with refusal, frustration,
dysregulation or challenging behaviour.

We are looking to appoint two dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants. Working under the guidance of the SENDCO and teaching staff, you will provide individual and small-group support to students.
